The night was loud, amusing and practically frenzied. You could hear it from just round the corner of ABS-CBN, it's as if a premier rock band was playing as the TsikenJoi Band (due to their unwavering devotion to eating Jollibee's Chicken Joy© during their jam sessions), homegrown by the D.M. Ferrer and Associates, performed on stage in Packo's Grill at Sgt. Esguerra. This was in celebration of the premiere company's Christmas Party. As expected, the entire Retaining Wall project was completed in accord to the plans and specifications, with very minimal variations as a result of engineering judgments brought by the strategic positioning of the Meralco supply line post and avoidance of possible damage on adjacent neighboring properties while construction is on-going.

All relative activities were executed above compliance, while test and mill reports exceeded the standards set by the designer. This only proved the point that DMFAC executed the project way above compliance.

The completed retaining wall signifies aesthetic and strength, which are synonyms to protection and beauty for the UERMMMC community to enjoy. The shore of driven concrete sheet piles in the underlying ground strata that serves as foundation for the Buttress-reinforced Shear Retaining Wall endows a profound feeling of security.

The system is already in place. Doctors and nurses alike now have a worry-free compound. Patients can now enjoy the fortress of a safe healthcare facility.
